Project Manager (Heavy Civil/Water Treatment) Salary: $150,000-$200,000 + Bonus(s)

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of heavy civil and water treatment projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met and stakeholders' expectations are exceeded.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, monitoring project performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Oversee and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements.
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including project engineers, superintendents, and field staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment focused on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Experience Needed:
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing heavy civil and/or water treatment projects of varying size and complexity.
Strong knowledge and understanding of heavy civil construction methods, materials, and processes, including earthwork, concrete, utilities, and infrastructure.
Experience in water treatment plant construction, including treatment processes, equipment installation, and regulatory requirements, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project stakeholders and teams.
Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASTM, AWWA, EPA) related to heavy civil and water treatment construction.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
