The Senior Financial Analyst, NA Growth Finance is the financial subject matter expert for all Growth Finance core pillars within the particular business unit Mix Management, Innovation, Capital Planning, and Productivity. This role will help to build out regular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting including actuals, forecasts, and long range plans. This role is required to have a working knowledge of related cross-functional areas like marketing, sales, & R&D in order to partner to provide the best business outcomes possible. This role will routinely perform ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets, and other analyses to help drive the most desirable business outcomes. Additionally, they are a consistent champion for process improvement and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Business Unit lead for innovation and renovation project financials
Increases visibility by leveraging cross functional partners (Rev Man, Operations, Supply Chain) to enable senior leadership to efficiently make comprehensive decisions
Drive ROI mindset across investments (Capex, Trade, etc.)
Translates relevant market insights into action to accelerate share gain
Develop relevant profitability analysis including reporting & identifying opportunities
Collaborate with ops finance to help source and quantify cost out projects (productivity)
Leverage a Mix Management Mindset to drive more profitable opportunities in product mix
Partner with cross functional teams on Capex modeling
Champion continuous improvement in the ways we work
KPI and project reporting for senior leadership
Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP, Tableau preferred
Strong analytical skills to process large amounts of information and attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with organizational and problem-solving skills
Full Commercial P&L understanding, and willingness to further operations
CPG and operational finance experience preferred
Planning and forecasting experience preferred
Must be a self-starter with ability to work well under pressure including the ability to influence others and work well across the organization driving cross functional collaboration
Ability to unpack ambiguity, define root cause, and produce countermeasures as well has holding accountability in a fast-paced matrix structure

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
