About The Job

As part of Google Cloud Sales Strategy and Operations, you will partner closely with sales leadership to design strategies and build recommendations based on a data-driven approach. You’ll work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and generate results. You’ll acquire an understanding of our business and will enable the regional teams with best practices, insights, and processes to execute consistently at scale. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the high-growth business.

In this role, you will drive the business forward by developing strategy, insight, and structure to accelerate growth and scale the business. You will identify and lead initiatives to deliver value to the business, including conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and crafting execution plans. You will work collaboratively across North American leadership and the broader Google Cloud organization to align on decisions, drive implementation, and measure results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Partner with global startup sales leadership to develop the organization’s strategy and business plan. Be an integral part of the leadership team as a trusted advisor of the Google Cloud Sales team.

Drive key initiatives to support growth and scale, identify and develop opportunities for optimization. Own development of business narratives around strategy and business performance (e.g. quarterly business reviews).

Analyze data and synthesize insights to identify actionable recommendations and create materials to build stakeholder alignment and executive approval.

Lead designated cross-functional work streams to completion, including defining milestones, timelines, and key results.

Collaborate closely with regional and global cross-functional teams, including Sales, Startup Strategy and Operations, Global Startups Ecosystem and Programs, Finance, People Operations, and Marketing, to achieve shared objectives.
