Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 Contract.
Pay rate: $130/hr.
Schedule: July 17th, 2024, Day Shift
** Full Description **
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business in White Plains NY (with future opportunities in and around New York, NY and Jersey City, NJ) . Our office arranges the patient appointments, provides all the equipment and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care in an office setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide skin checks, skin cancer screenings and small procedures.
Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
Provide telemedicine services for follow-ups (as needed).

Requirements:
Active and valid NP license to practice in the state of NY or NJ. License in both states would be a plus
Minimum 3-5 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
Advanced practice certification in dermatology.
Must have own collaborating/supervising physician.
Patient education driven.
Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must be in network with Cigna
Must be able to commute to White Plains, NY.
