What You Will Do:
+ Lead the implementation of Generative AI products, driving the successful launch of the first version to market and ensuring its alignment with the company's goals and vision.
+ Train, fine tune, and deploy LLM solutions on our expansive proprietary data. Develop and implement RAG-based chatbots, utilizing advanced techniques like query re-writing, efficeint retrieval and re-ranking

What We Look For:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
+ Typically requires minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience with a strong focus on Information Retrieval, Large Language Models, NLP & NLU and Graph Neural Networks.
+ Hands-on experience with both traditional keyword-based search technologies as well as modern search paradigm utilizing vector-based retrieval algorithms and search systems such as Elasticsearch or Solr.
+ In-depth knowledge and experience with machine learning systems in production, particularly in the NLP/LLM field. Used LLM beyond hobbies. Had experiences in model fine-tuning and/or reward learning.
+ Excellent programming skills with two or more of the following languages – Python, Java, TypeScript/Node & React.
+ Familiarity with at least one major cloud platforms – GCP or Azure preferred. Self-driven and highly motivated to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
+ A strong advocate of clean code
