Senior Project Manager
to lead project delivery and growth in their San Antonio office. The San Antonio office is growing and has a good record with repeat clients within the Education/K-12 markets, they were to further this growth with an experienced leader with San Antonio who can drive Business Development alongside successfully delivering projects of $25m+ value.
What you’ll do:
The Senior Project Manager is a central position in the company, requiring complete technical knowledge of the construction process with a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction and organizational leadership. The Senior Project Manager manages multiple teams of project managers, project engineers, assistant project managers, and superintendents. Ultimately, the senior project manager is responsible for ensuring every project is completed on time, under budget, and exceeds client expectations.
What you'll need:
-5+ years of experience in Project Management at a Top General Contractor.
-Strong leadership skills, and a history of mentoring less senior staff.
-Track record of completing Commercial/Education projects valued at $25M+.
-An interest in Business Development, meeting/impressing/retaining new and existing clients.
