Sr. Financial Planning&Analysis Analyst

The Senior Financial Planning&Analysis Analyst provides shared services support to all Company Business Units in North America. This position reports to the Financial Planning&Analysis Manager for North America.
The Senior Financial Planning&Analysis analyst should have strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities. Also, strong technology skills, including proficiency with AX ERP system, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Essential Functions
Complete month-end close assignments.
Coordinate and complete annual budget process.
Complete monthly forecast.
Complete analysis of Profit and Loss statement.
Complete KPI’s, QRR, Cost Tracking, etc. requirements.
Create monthly variance explanations/flux reports.
Create monthly management reports.
Complete analysis of labor and contractor usage.
Coordinate Capital development annually, maintain/report, participate with ROI and business case development for approval of capital projects.
Complete bank remittance of approved vendor payments in bank portal.
Complete commission calculations.
Complete warranty analysis.
Assist with yearly internal and external audit.
Routine and ad hoc requests or any other requested as assigned tasks.
Qualification Requirements
Min. 8 Years work experience in Financial Planning&Analysis environment would prefer manufacturing or larger corporation experience.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related degree.
Plus, MBA and/or professional designations such as CPA, or CMA preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables and v/h lookup.
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus or qualitative ERP system.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong planning and budgeting abilities.
Strong ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities with tight deadlines.
Experience with currency exchange rates and foreign countries a plus.
In-office presence 5 days a week required, location is Charlotte, NC
