Lords Chimney has received a number of notable distinctions and has been keeping fireplaces and dryer vents of the greater Houston area clean and efficient for the last decade. We train our team members extensively and continuously add to their knowledge through industry leaders like the National Chimney Sweep Guild (NSCG) and the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA).
Being a part of our team, you receive extensive fire safety, product knowledge, and customer service training, so you're prepared to answer any questions clients may have. YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, Monday - Friday dispatch position with the opportunity to work virtually !
YOUR DAY
In this role, you will be responsible for handling phone calls and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Another aspect of this position will involve dispatching service technicians to appointments and ensuring timely arrivals. As a Customer Support Associate, you will also play a key role in our marketing efforts by conducting email campaigns and managing our social media presence to generate leads. If you are a go-getter with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you!
REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a customer service representative
Social media experience, specifically Facebook and Instagram
Photography experience
Experience optimizing SEO
A current valid driver's license is required.
