About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead the development and implementation of the organization's information management, advanced analytics, and reporting strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that oversees the enterprise data warehouse, master data management, data governance, and business insights. This role requires a leader who can ensure district-wide adherence to data management best practices, provide strategic recommendations for data architecture, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. The Executive Director will also be accountable for project management, including budget and timeline management, and must have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and relevant certifications in business intelligence and data warehousing. A minimum of 8 years of professional leadership experience in data management and analytics is required, with a strong preference for those with over 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise application development, experience with a variety of business reporting tools, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a team. Essential skills include excellent communication, strategic planning, and the ability to build collaborative relationships. The role demands a leader with strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to make difficult decisions with integrity and credibility.
