The Company is in search of a Head of Compliance to take a leading role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating compliance programs and procedures, as well as for establishing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies. This pivotal position demands a professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or a related field, with a strong focus on AML, KYC, and transaction surveillance.
