Job Overview
Under the direction of the Clinical Applications Support Director, provide user and system support for identified clinical applications, inclusive of EMR, Referral, Case Management, and HEDIS systems, by providing technical problem-solving assistance to users regarding the operation of computer-related hardware, software, network, access, and clinic medical devices.
Minimum Requirements
1. AA degree in Computer Science or a minimum of three years’ experience involving Clinical System IT support and projects
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience involving Clinical System IT support and projects
