Requirements:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in Texas.
Admission to practice before all four Texas federal districts.
3-5 years of experience as lead counsel representing financial institutions in contested matters.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or equivalent.
Jurisdiction-specific experience in contested default matters and banking litigation preferred.
Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
Admission to practice before all four Texas federal districts.
Skills:
Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
Team leadership and collaboration skills.
