Job description
Role: ServiceNow Admin/Developer
Location: San Jose CA
Role Description: Assist with the design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions within ServiceNow•Prepare as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis in partnership with HR tech and business teams•Assist with request intake and working with core business stakeholders for routine enhancement requests or defects•Document and refine RTB enhancements and defects •Assists HRSD Tech Team with backlog management and design workshops•Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance•Set testing criteria, build testing scripts, perform testing, and collaborate with business units to complete testing with objective to deliver quality product •Contribute to change management and training efforts •Writing/modifying stories in Jira•Work with solutions architect, integration analysts and reporting teams to deliver the desired business objectives. •Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions•Support release management, reviews release summaries, and release readiness documents as needed•Assist in building reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to meet business needs
Essential Skills: ServiceNow System Admin Certification: Possessing the ServiceNow System Admin certification is essential, as it demonstrates a foundational understanding of the platform, enabling the analyst to support and maintain the HRSD application effectively.HRSD ServiceNow Platform Implementation Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing HRSD ServiceNow platform features and functionality is crucial for the role, as it indicates a solid understanding of HRSD and related processes.Proficiency in HR Processes and Workflows: The candidate must be familiar with HR processes and workflows to successfully design, implement, and support HRSD solutions aligned with business needs.
Desirable Skills: HRSD Implementation Certification: Having the HRSD Implementation certification is a plus, as it shows specialized expertise in the HRSD scope and increases the candidates ability to support complex HR workflows and projects.Experience in HRSD Architecture: Understanding HRSD architecture is advantageous, as it allows the analyst to design and deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.Experience with SLA Models: Familiarity with Service Level Agreement (SLA) models is beneficial, as it helps ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and support to the business teams and stakeholders.
