What are my responsibilities?
Implements procedures for the hiring, onboarding and engagement of team members while inspiring team members to achieve better performance.
Plans and directs a complete budgeting and fiscal management process including revenue and expenses.
Effectively self-manages by using leadership skills including critical thinking, communication, problem solving, emotional intelligence and resiliency.
Identifies and minimizes exposure to risk factors including safety for all occupants in the building and on the premises.
Responsible for the proactive maintenance and presentation of the physical plant, furniture and fixtures.
Ensures facility emergency preparedness including Life Safety Code compliance, safety committee activity and fire and tornado drills.
What do I need to be considered?
STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
At least three years Executive Director experience in a health care setting serving seniors required.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Nursing, Social Work or related administrative field required.
Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator of Assisted Living Facility Administrator license in the state of Nebraska required.
