Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Operations, and Marketing, to develop top-notch marketing materials such as proposals, interview materials, presentations, event support, award submissions, and graphics, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.

• Thrive in a collaborative, in-person work environment and contribute as a valuable team player.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, handling deadline-driven deliverables for various departments.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and adaptability in delivering creative direction.

• Strike a harmonious balance between creativity and process-driven design.

• Consult with the marketing team and internal/external clients to understand objectives and translate them into impactful design concepts.

• Take responsibility for the design, layout, and formatting of graphic materials, incorporating typography, photography, illustrations, and other elements.

• Create initial concepts and present various design options for selection and approval.

• Finalize layouts and review proofs for quality control before client release.

• Maintain our library of logos, artwork, and digital assets.

• Ensure all design materials adhere to established brand standards.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Strong project management abilities, including time management, effective communication, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, with the capability to quickly produce custom graphics in line with the brand's identity.

• Strong written communication skills, especially for crafting proposals and advertising materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, encompassing the preparation of graphics, presentations, communications, and marketing collateral.

• Extensive proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office products.

Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
