Responsibilities

Embed and behaviorally exemplify the Mint Dentistry values of Love, Generosity and Perfection in all work and deliverables, and proactively pursues a nurturing and collegial doctor/clinical and operational relationships anchored on these values

Deliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient they serve

Diagnose, treatment-plan, and provide appropriate oral surgery to patients.

Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health

Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans

Communicate with patients regarding MINT products and procedures using MINT scripts

Prescribe medications as necessary

Carefully document all medications, diagnosis, treatments and consultations

Qualifications

Oral lSurgery Certificate from an accredited U.S. dental University

State license and regional boards

General Anesthesia Permit

Current CPR Card

2+ years of clinical experience

Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

Ability to use dental tools and equipment at an expert level
