Location: Andover, MN

Wage: $20.00+/hr.

Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am 3:30 pm, Monday Friday (Overtime available)

Duties of the mechanical assembler:

• Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, production routers, and customer work orders
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality standards and test functionality prior to shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while working independently and in a team

Requirements of the mechanical assembler:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly or related shop experience
• Proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely
• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to follow complex written work instructions
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and advance within the company
