MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of two years' information technology experience.
Knowledge of PC and Apple hardware, software, and Networking issues.
Knowledge of Network Connectivity, including switches, hubs, routers, and servers.
Knowledge of a Windows Server environment, including Active Directory.
Knowledge of Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel within the District.
Knowledge of Student Management Systems, such as Skyward.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, self-motivated, ongoing learner, who is able to work as part of a team.
Customer Service Oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide on-site and remote technical support to all district employees and students.
Ensure timely ticket analysis, resolution, follow through, and communication to end users to ensure a quality technical environment.
Actively maintain Help Desk tickets, prioritizes tasks, and communicates resolution in a timely manner.
Provide deployment, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all district technology including desktops, Chromebooks, laptops, projectors, printers, iPads, and all other devices found in a typical school environment.
Maintain all district staff and student user accounts, including email, Active Directory, and Skyward.
Help coordinate and manage the District's technology inventory.
Work collaboratively with outside vendors on various systems and projects to ensure functionality of systems.
Set-up and breakdown technology for district meetings, trainings, and events.
Provide trainings to district employees on new hardware and software updates.
Stay up to date on latest technology trends.
Perform related duties as assigned.
PAY AND BENEFITS
$25.00/hour.
