**_What You’ll Be Doing_**

Cadmus has an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our Contracts Department that has the desire and knowledge to make a positive difference at Cadmus. In this leadership role, the ideal candidate will be a strategic and tactical thought leader on a portfolio of diverse programs, mostly comprised of contracts with utilities, municipalities, state governments. This person will also be responsible for all phases of the contract management lifecycle, from the pre-proposal stage, pricing through contract closeout.

This position plays a critical role within the company and will include programs that require a strong knowledge of commercial and public sector contracting. In this role, the ideal candidate will report to the Vice President of Contracts and will interface across the business with the Project Teams, Finance, Accounting, Business Development, and members of the leadership team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Managing contracts with utilities, municipalities, state governments

+ Supporting the bid and proposal process, including pricing compliance

+ Providing strategy and oversight in negotiations and administration of customer contracts

+ Daily contract management support for the contracts, subcontracts, and program staff

+ Advising teams on rules and regulations for contracts and subcontracts

+ Managing subcontractor and consultant agreements and reporting

+ Negotiating and administering contracts, subcontracts, MOU’s NDA’s, and Teaming Agreements

+ Complying with Company policies and procedures as well as federal and other applicable agency regulations during the proposal process and contract implementation

+ Assisting in development of efficient and compliant procurement processes

+ Serving as a trusted business advisor to the program staff on contractual, procurement, legal and government compliance issues

+ Communicating and being the focal point with our customers by developing customer intimacy

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in a government contract environment

+ Experience negotiating with and managing subcontractors, including consultant agreements

+ Demonstrated business acumen

+ Experience in proposal preparation

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Collaborative team leader

+ Proficient in MS office suite and contract administration

**Additional Information:**

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $100,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
