Collision or Body shop parts a plus (will train the right person)

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Determine and recommend needed parts based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each part / order throughout the day, and updating customers as needed
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the parts sold
Qualifications
Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
Past experience as a parts counter person / consultantis a must
Above average energy level
A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
ADP / CDK computer experience a plus
