Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the Made It Podcast, Operator Equity, and our associated brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for business, be tech-savvy, and eager to learn and grow in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage the calendars for our executives, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are well-coordinated and timely.
Professional Correspondence:
Handle professional communications with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Guest Scheduling:
Schedule and coordinate guests for the Made It Podcast, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience.
Travel Coordination:
Organize and manage travel arrangements for executives and team members.
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing events, both virtual and in-person.
Tech Forward:
Utilize modern tools and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
Proactive Planning:
Anticipate upcoming needs and challenges, taking proactive steps to address them.
Research Projects:
Conduct research on various topics as needed, providing detailed and accurate information.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in managing executive calendars and professional correspondence.
Skills:
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proactivity:
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with modern technology and software tools.
Passion for Business:
Enthusiastic about all aspects of business and eager to learn.
Language:
C2 level English proficiency.
Research:
Comfortable with conducting thorough research projects.
Education:
