The Role Kyndryl is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Project Manager to join our skilled project management team. The purpose of this position is to lead projects aligned to the HR strategic priorities working across the HR function to ensure consistency in project management standards, including tools and techniques. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee business projects, ensuring they are appropriately prioritized and aligned with strategic goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and researchers.
Leads multi-disciplinary teams to complete assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
Assign and monitor resources to maximize project efficiency and deliverables.
Prepare and present regular project updates to relevant management channels.
Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels, escalating issues as necessary.
Conducts on going risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate); ensures RAID (risks, actions/assumptions, issues, decisions) are documented to deliver key project objectives
Acts as a liaison between HR CoEs and other areas of HR and the enterprise throughout project lifecycle
Ensures alignment and compliance with the HR PMO Governance model and PMI standards for project management.

Must possess a Professional certification such as PMP.
Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Proven success working with all levels of management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $107,600 - $258,240 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities.
