Skills:
Ability to effectively elicit functional and non-functional business and IT requirements from stakeholders
Ability to document requirements for solutioning purposes (exs: current-state assessment documentation, story cards, visual flow diagrams, SIPOCs, etc.)
Successful track record achieving results within Agile delivery, Kanban and Lean rapid improvement frameworks (certification less important than experience)
Ability to effectively document business and IT processes at sufficient levels to illuminate current pain points requiring remediation – including people, process, technology
Strong written and oral communications required. Ability to tell a story based on data is a must.
Temperament: must be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Self-motivated and driven.
Curious and passionate about making things better.
Team player.
Experience:
Prior healthcare experience would be a big plus, but not a showstopper
Emphasis , which we can do with the recruiting call around EXPERIENCE.
Experience with gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to guide process improvement opportunity impact and benefit determination
Experience in organizational change management and ability to delicately, yet effectively challenge entrenched cultures
Experience with planning and facilitating rapid improvement events a plus.
Prior Systems Analysis experience a big plus.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
