Responsibilities:
Management and servicing of a portfolio of public and private asset backed securities, including regular inventory analysis and reporting
Identification of changes in the portfolio over time, including but not limited to from a macro risk and a rating agency basis
Summarizing new investment opportunities, market research, regulatory changes into digestible format
Development of presentations and reporting for internal and external use
Required Qualifications:
The Company seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, and have demonstratable skills and experience. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related discipline
2+ years of experience in asset-based finance or structured credit with an asset management firm, private equity firm, lender, owner/operator, servicer, rating agency, investment bank, or broker is preferred
Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative research
Highly skilled in clear and effective communications with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
Motivated to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, working with competing deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrates curiosity, with a commitment to continuous improvement
Advanced skills in Excel/PowerPoint; coding ability is a plus
