Annual Pay Rate: $60,000.00
Hourly Rate: $42.00
Commission Rate: +2% Per Contract
Location: South Florida (Palm Beach County)
Total Body Mobile Massage is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our leadership team as the Chief Operating Officer. As the COO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's operational strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services
- Overseeing company operations and employee productivity
- Monitoring and improving key operational metrics to enhance performance and productivity
- Identifying opportunities for business expansion and optimization of operational processes
- Collaborating with other senior leaders to formulate and execute the company's strategic plan
- Implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet objectives
- Creating a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and innovation
- Taking ownership of P&L responsibilities and driving profitability across the organization
- Collaborating with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar leadership position
- Demonstrable expertise in operational management and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot and capitalize on opportunities for growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus
