Personal Injury Case Manager

This position will play a vital role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client service and case management.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Conduct initial client consultations to gather case details, assess liability, and determine case viability.
Manage all aspects of the case file, including medical records, bills, correspondence, and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and addressing their questions and concerns.
Investigate accidents, gathering evidence, witness statements, and police reports.
Work with medical providers to obtain medical records and ensure timely treatment for clients.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to obtain maximum compensation for clients.
Prepare case documents and assist attorneys with trial preparation as needed.
Manage case budgets and monitor expenses.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all work performed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in personal injury case management.
Strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with legal case management software a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
