Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software

Benefits
Location: Holyoke, MA
Start Date : ASAP
Class : RN/LPN
Length : 10 weeks
Shift & Time : 2 Shifts, 3:00PM to 11: 30PM
Hour per week: 32hrs
Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend
Holiday: To be able to work on holidays
Pay rate: $1,408 - $1600 weekly base on experience
Sign on bonus: $200 (one time on second paycheck)
Experience required: Minimum of 2 years
Licenses required: RN/LPN or Compact
