Job Summary
The Order Management Coordinator will manage and execute the entire life cycle process of inbound orders received from our retailers across multiple brands. Candidate will possess strong communication skills as this role is a central communication point between Sales, Planning, and our third-party warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Processing and troubleshooting of all inbound and outbound EDI transactions.
- Order allocation of product based on pre-defined criteria when constrained.
- Full ownership of order to cash process
- Daily communication on order status, out of stocks, shipping delays, etc.
- Daily interaction with internal teams such as Sales, Planning & Warehousing.
- Maintain and ensure vendor compliance as it pertains to specific retailer requirements.
- Chargeback resolution for assigned accounts
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Operations or Business Management or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years' experience in related field preferably consumer products
- Must be proficient in Excel, including but not limited to Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience working with EDI transactions and troubleshooting; experience with ERP systems (i.e. NetSuite/ SAP) a plus
- Experience working with mass merchandisers is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment and amongst all levels of the organization
