Joining Ramboll

As our new Circular Building Consultant, you will:

Apply your architectural, structural, or civil engineering expertise in the development of circular building design, and low carbon, low waste solutions.

Advise on circular strategies and implementation planning for various stakeholders in the built environment.

Utilize your skills in building life cycle assessment (LCA) and knowledge of Scope 3 and decarbonization principles to drive sustainable construction practices.

Employ your proficiency in Revit/Rhino in designing and planning sustainable building projects.

Work on projects involving circular materials and construction, adaptive reuse, utilization of salvage materials, diversion requirements, and deconstruction.

Contribute to projects with greywater systems, water recycling, on-site renewable energy generation, and heat recycling.

Engage in building certifications like LEED, ILFI (LBC, Zero Carbon, etc.).

Implement zero waste strategies and efficient resource management in construction projects.

Collaborate with developers, architects, engineers, and general contractors, providing low waste design and construction insights.

Your Starting Point for Constant Growth

A degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

3-7 years of relatable experience

A keen interest in circular materials, buildings, and sustainable construction practices.

Experience in building LCA, Revit/Rhino, and familiarity with sustainable building certifications.

Preferred experience in material and water recycling, renewable energy in building contexts, and zero waste strategies.

Project and team management, including on-time and in-budget delivery

Experience in design, documentation, construction management, and client coordination.

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annualbase salary between $79,000 - $94,500. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, includingexperience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training andskill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
