Overview:
Parker and Sons is currently seeking a Day shift Delivery Driver to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best experience every day. Delivery Drivers deliver Install job packets and parts 5 days a week to Installers out on jobsites. Drivers also provide support for the HVAC Installation department along with other warehouse duties throughout the shift. Delivery Drivers are also included in the seasonal Saturday Rotation schedule.
Schedule : Mon-Friday 7am-2:30pm, Occasional Seasonal Saturday shift 6am-10:30am

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Running parts to support Installers on jobsite.
Operate a high-profile van as well as occasionally tow a trailer.
Assist in unloading trucks and receiving materials.
Prepare orders by processing requests and supply demands; pull materials; pack boxes; place orders in delivery area
Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
Open bales, crates, and other containers
May assist in other warehouse duties when required.
Basic Janitorial duties.
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
Delivery Drivers are required to have a High School diploma.
Warehouse experience is a great asset but not required.
Parker & Sons certifies for Forklift requirements and can train for towing of trailers.
Must have a valid Drivers license.
Effective communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
Dependable and Reliable
Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
Basic computer skills and ability to perform manual labor while maintaining effective communication with team and management.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to use hands to manipulate materials throughout the shift.
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
Regularly required to sit and drive throughout the shift.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Occasionally required to be in loud environments.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
