We are seeking a Senior Product Architect to join our innovative engineering-focused company, specializing in developing next-generation consumer products for hobbyist and small business markets. Key Responsibilities:
-Track record of taking products through prototyping stages into production.
- Ability to bring new ideas along with the math to back up your vision.
- Ability to drive innovation and execution to bring new ideas quickly to market.
- Expertise in leading product development efforts, focusing on spec development, software road mapping, and effective collaboration with the engineering team.
- Ability to identify and develop disruptive next-generation products to meet evolving customer needs.
- Ability to work in a self-directed capacity in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
- Ability to lead engineering teams to ensure scheduled milestones are met effectively.
Skills:
- Motion Controls Expertise as a technical lead.
- 10+ years of product engineering experience.
- Experience in electromechanical hardware development.
- Experience with equipment manufacturing and control systems.
- Creation of conceptual and prototype electro-mechanical systems using 3D CAD
Education:
- Engineering Degree Required
- Mechatronics, Motion Controls and Systems Engineering Required
- Masters or PhD Engineering is preferred
