Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Boca Raton, FL. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project coordination, manage construction projects from inception to completion, handle budgeting, and ensure all activities align with project objectives. Daily tasks include planning, scheduling, and supervising construction activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management

Skills in Budgeting and Construction Management

Proficiency in Project Management techniques and tools

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Previous experience in the plumbing industry is a plus

Proven track record of managing projects on schedule and within budget
