Position: Warehouse Driver
Job Summary: The Warehouse Driver transports a variety of packaged products and supplies from our warehouse facility to our retail locations. This role requires a strong commitment to driving safely and transporting our products to avoid damage or loss.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Loads vehicle by placing and securing items and unloads upon arrival to destination.
• Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
• Deliver package products, kegs and other items as specified by the warehouse team.
• Delivers products within assigned delivery routes.
• Maintains a professional demeanor with all team members and vendors.
• Perform all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, road signs, and company safety policies and procedures.
• Report necessary maintenance or repairs on equipment and vehicles to Managers in a timely manner.
• Report all injuries immediately to your manager/supervisor.
• Perform other duties as directed.
Additional Job Functions:
• Cross-train in other areas as required by your manager
• Work in other areas or departments as needed
• Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the management team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
• Over the age of 21
• Must have a flexible schedule and able to work days, nights and weekends.
• Must have the ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and understand directions.
• Requires a clean driving record with no DUIs
• A valid driver’s license for the last three years
• Must be able to effectively communicate and understand directions
• Must be able to understand safety rules, Virginia ABC Alcohol Regulations, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures
• Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks as assigned
• Ability to work and succeed in a team environment
• Must be willing to follow all Three Notch’d Brewing Company Safety Standards

• Experience in food service industry
Work Environment:
• Ability to work in extreme cold, extreme heat, temperature changes.

Lifting Requirements:
Ability to continually lift up to 65 pounds and able to move 160 pounds regularly.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, crawl or bend, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.
High mental and visual attention required for planning difficult work methods and sequences to obtain size, shape, or physical qualities of product. AND/OR Extremely close visual attention such as making delicate adjustments to control high speed operations to exercise very precise muscular control.
