Draslovka Process Mining Solutions facility located in Memphis Tennessee has an entry level Manufacturing Technology Engineer position available . This is a highly visible, key role within the Company and the Manufacturing function. This position will report to site’s Manufacturing Technology Manager.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Supports capital projects, including scope and basic data development, project oversight and equipment start up
Provides technical leadership to improve process safety, reliability, capability, and productivity.
Leads and/or participates in Process Hazards Analysis reviews
Design solutions and lead multi-discipline programs to improve processes based on business input (yield, uptime, capacity release, cost performance)
Provides technical oversight or leads troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex operational issues, including SHE and quality incident investigations
Qualifications
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
BS Chemical Engineering
Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, solve equipment, and process issues.
Working knowledge of key PSM Technology elements such as Process Hazards Analysis, Process Technology, Management of Change-Technology, RAGAGEP among others
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects.
Demonstrated skill in leadership, team building and achieving results through influence and negotiation
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must work well in both self-managed and team environment
Self-management skills with strong initiative
The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:
Experience with productivity improvement projects
Experience with different unit operations involving polymer reactions, gas/liquid separations, liquid storage, and handling operations.
Demonstrated use of Six Sigma methodology.
Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, mentor develop others.
IP 21 experience
