**What We Need:**

We’re seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to act as an extension of our sales team

**What You'll Do:**

+ Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by Katz Media Sales teams

+ Work closely with AE's and other coordinators

+ Enter, revise, link and confirm orders

+ Process contract volume with attention to speed and accuracy

+ Solution focused - problem solving

+ Bring value to the customer and client experience

+ Work with Account Executives to generate proposals, learn and pull research

+ Respond to requests regarding spot (log) times

+ Primarily phone and email communication

+ Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps

**What You'll Need:**

+ Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment

+ Process volume with accuracy under the pressure of deadlines

+ Fluent with typing, data entry, WORD and PowerPoint

+ Thrive in a team environment with shared responsibilities

+ Create customer value

+ A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!

+ An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales

+ Bi-lingual is a plus
