About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Capture Team Leader to head the FEAC Capture Team. This leadership role is pivotal in the oversight and execution of large-scale, enterprise captures within the Federal Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and hands-on capture leadership for high-value and strategic opportunities. This includes refining win strategies, business cases, and value propositions, as well as managing all aspects of the capture process to increase the probability of success. The role demands a leader with a high level of business acumen, a proven track record in winning significant new business, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the capture team.Applicants must have at least 15 years of experience as a Capture Manager, Director, or Executive, with a consistent record of wins in the US Federal Civilian and Health Agency market sector. The role requires a candidate with exceptional presentation and communication skills, the ability to lead multiple capture programs simultaneously, and a deep understanding of the federal market and its unique requirements. The Vice President, Strategic Capture Team Leader will also be involved in performance evaluation, training, and continuous improvement of the capture process. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential, and professional certification in capture management is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, and the ability to influence high-performance teams.
