Position Summary: Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Falls Church, VA : IT Project Manager to plan, implement, and manage the design and development of various software application projects to meet business needs and ensure proper execution. Duties include: execute and lead application development projects to address the business system changes; develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of projects, including solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; coordinate activities of project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; support applications, systems, and databases used to process prescriptions, claims, or other related healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions.

- Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Developing in programming languages, including: Java, C#, or ASP.net; Software development for enterprise or web applications; Testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; JIRA, Rally, or Confluence; and SSIS.

Pay Range: $92997.00/year to $149600.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
