Compensation / Salary : Based on experience and credentials, a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 + full benefits

Overview :
Vaco is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Analyst, who is functionally skilled in Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Project Accounting to support (8) lines of business, across global operations. The ERP Analyst will assist end users to analyze business processes and provide solutions or customizations to achieve the business goals. This individual will collaborate with business users to train on functional usage of D365 modules, assessing their business processes, aligning system functionality and determining root cause of issues ( business process or system configuration ). This could include configurations, documentation, testing (UAT), deployment, and maintenance of the ERP platform software applications in a qualitative way to meet both the functional and non-functional requirements. This role will continuously be involved in scaling their organization through mergers and acquisitions, working across global operations, to streamline ERP functions across the enterprise.
What is involved?
Working with end users for the configuration, customization and maintenance of D365 systems, to include Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and/or Project Accounting
Assisting in the design and implementation of new D365 solutions and workflows, to include creating training materials and user guides for business teams
Troubleshooting and resolving D365 related issues and escalating to the technical teams when necessary
Working in a cross-functional capacity to assist with data migrations and integrations of D365 with other systems, to include new functionality updates and integrations
Providing leadership with regular updates and reports on D365 performance and usage
Working closely with the IT/Technical Teams to ensure D365 is following Microsoft & company standards and best practices
Working to continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the D365 system and processes
Identifying and prioritizing features to be delivered to meet business needs
Translating conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements
Working with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories and manage requirements scoping throughout the delivery process
Assisting the team on the development of feature tests, test cases, and regression tests
Setting expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities
What will you bring?
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 3-5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above
Prior experience in designing and implementing business solutions together with integrations and migrations
At least 3-5 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Project Accounting and/or related areas such as
Procurement, Sales, Warehouse Management, Distribution, Material & Resource Scheduling/Planning, Production Routing, Bill of Material Costing, and Shop Floor
Ability to understand complex business problems and experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations, and policies of a new business area
Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation, use case, story and acceptance criteria
Experience in project management is a plus
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills
Experience working within agile development methodologies; Azure DevOps, a plus
Microsoft Dynamics ERP, or Product Owner Certifications a plus
