Dallas Branch Director

Job Summary
The Dallas Branch Director is required to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations that take place in the CTP Dallas location. This position will be required research, analysis, and implementation procedures to streamline branch activities. By continuously managing and overseeing branch projects, the Branch Director’s primary goal will be to maximize results and performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate in the hiring, training, and retention of staff
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions
Direct all operational aspects, including distribution operations, customer service, administration, and sales
Develop and communicate business strategies to the branch staff
Ensure coordination between all departments, both local and in the main office
Maintains adequate supplies as needed
Liaising with the head office and other branch offices to ensure the smooth management of operations and the achievement of overall business goals.
Keeping detailed computerized records and reporting all of the branch office operations and activities, including employee performance.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Open and close facility
Travels to main facilities for meetings as needed
Prepares reports for the quarterly Director’s meeting
Discuss plans of action to improve branch performance with top management

Physical Requirements
This position requires sitting, talking, using his/her hands, eyes, and/or ears (80%), and walking (20%).
