6-month contract, with potential for extension, or conversion to full-time, based on performance and client need.
Description:
Develop design and templates assets for CTA including emails, Teams meetings, PowerPoints, job aids, and SharePoint, along with other documentation elements in conjunction with the Knowledge & Enablement Manager and Corporate Communications.
Assist K&E Manager and stakeholders in the maintenance and deployment of SharePoint.
Create and edit videos for CTA including meeting recordings, promotion videos, and other formats.
Take inventory of SME & business-led training efforts to understand project scope and intended output. Consult with K&E Manager to understand priority of projects and final output. Guide project leaders on direction of project.
Gather resources and knowledge from across the enterprise related to identified training initiaties. Make recommendation to K&E Manager of scope, outline, and content of program for development.
Use L&D knowledge to build course shells for later finalization to be placed on the 'CTA Learning Shelf' for future deployments.
As needed, support facilitation efforts in CTA as a lead facilitator or as project manager of facilitation efforts.
Requirements: No more than 5 years experience
Graphic design experience Optional: examples of work
Project management and/or learning & development experience
Software experience: Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop or similar
