We are looking for a talented UX Designer to help us build best-in-class payment experiences for Amazon Business. You will work with writers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to shape global payment experiences for business customers.

Key job responsibilities
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Create iterative user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual designs
• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into designs
• Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products
• Present design solutions to multiple teams for review and feedback
• Work alongside engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

Amazon Business UX is a large, close-knit team of designers, researchers, writers, and technologists with hubs in Seattle, Austin, and Madrid. Our team’s mission is to redefine the business purchasing space with innovative experiences that help customers do their jobs smarter, better, and faster. Our vision is to take the work out of procurement, so customers can focus on their business.
Our products are used by more than 8 million business customers who purchase products on Amazon Business. From small sole proprietorships to large enterprises, we are unlocking opportunities across the procurement lifecycle and helping businesses and organizations thrive.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Experience in visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides
- Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
- Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce or payment products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
