Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal Counsel at Balaciano Group. The Corporate Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and addressing various legal issues. The role will also involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and facilitate business operations. Counsel will examine and draft IT, employment, real estate and vendor contracts, manage copyrights and trademarks, etc. Counsel will review, research, interpret, and prepare both written and oral opinions on a wide variety of legal issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the law, regulations and procedures in business, including Real Estate and Labor.

4+ years of practice with an established law firm.

Experience with corporate governance issues and corporate secretarial duties.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality.

J.D. degree or equivalent

Ability to execute prudent legal decisions.

Team player with outstanding advocacy and people skills.

Strong technical capabilities using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Extremely reliable, dependable, and high-energy.

Great attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and with a team.
