Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in capture management and business development in the federal marketplace, with a focus on IT or telecommunications contracts.
Strong understanding of federal acquisition process and regulations, including FAR and DFAR.
Demonstrated success in leading capture efforts for large, complex federal contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations to senior managements and government officials.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
