Brown and Caldwell (BC) has an immediate opportunity for a senior level Delivery Leader with experience managing and executing work involving projects for the water industry (water and wastewater). You will have an essential role in our Houston operation supporting business and client connections, based in our Houston, Texas office. In collaboration with the local Director of Client Services, Technical Service Leaders, Marketing Manager and VP Texas Operations, you will maintain and develop client relationships, connect BC solutions to client needs and lead project teams in quality project delivery. As a Delivery Leader, you will be working with a diverse group of some of the nations leading technical experts from across the country delivering solutions that resonate with our clients and make a positive impact in our communities.

* Act as a liaison and effectively maintain client relationships

* Supervise, delegate and oversee the execution of the work and be responsible for the Houston Municipal P&L

* Develop project approaches to achieve required goals and objectives including the preparation of detailed scopes, schedules, and budgets

* Support and lead business development endeavors such as client outreach, proposal writing, and interviews

* Manage multidisciplinary engineering and science projects to achieve client goals within scope, schedule, and budget constraints

* Supervise, delegate and oversee the preparation and completion of comprehensive technical reports and presentations

* Prepare and make presentations for professional meetings with clients and technical teams

* Actively participate in local professional chapters

* Attend &/or present at various state/national level conferences

* Coach and mentor junior technical staff

**Desired Skills and Experience:**

* B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

* Minimum 10 years experience in water resources

* Relevant advanced degree such as MS in Civil/Environmental or related Engineering is preferred

* Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Texas or the ability to obtain within 6 months

* Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience managing staff within scope/schedule/budget

* Successful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentations experience a plus

* Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and prepare written reports and documents
