Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager manages the ServiceNow team and provides SaaS and Agile implementation experience. The Senior Project Manager is responsible from a ServiceNow perspective, the project initiation to the implementation of the system and manages the following aspects: time, money, quality, information and organization.
Responsibilities
Ensure the right team composition and manage a team of ServiceNow consultants
Ensure a product is delivered conform agreed quality during agile/iterative development/release cycles
Create sprint planning and align with the team and stakeholders
Maintain the risk log, decision log, action log
Provide progress and financial reporting of the ServiceNow team
Control execution
Manage escalations
Requirements
7-9 years relevant work experience, including 3+ years as a manager
Demonstrated multi-year experience in managing ServiceNow projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in managing the full cycle of a software implementation
Certified Project Manager which is well versed in various software delivery methodologies such as Agile & Waterfall,
ServiceNow Certified Administrator and relevant ServiceNow Service Certification
Bachelor degree
