What You’ll Do
As a Principal Architect at Endor Labs, you will:
Collaborate closely with both technical and product teams to translate product and market requirements into designs that align with mid and long term goals for the product and technology evolution.
Design, implement (code), review and troubleshoot highly scalable cloud software.
Work with engineering management to scope and plan engineering efforts.
Utilize your deep understanding of cloud computing architecture to influence technical design and implementations, ensuring our solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Provide technical leadership and oversight across projects, driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Embrace a user-first approach to continuously improve the user experience, leveraging your strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and drive product excellence.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on system architecture and design.
Deep understanding of fundamentals of Computer Science and Programming Languages.
Solid grasp of software engineering principles and practices.
Profound expertise in Go, with extensive experience in building and maintaining distributed systems.
Excellent knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, demonstrating the ability to design, implement, and optimize database solutions for scalability and performance.
Highly technical and hands-on experience.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working across diverse teams and translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
A track record of strategic problem-solving, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and scope effectively.
A commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
MS in Computer Science or similar field.

Compensation
For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the compensation range is expected to be between $200,000 - $275,000. This may include additional incentives such as commission targets, restricted stock units, and/or bonuses, depending on the role.
