The role North America is our largest region, generating approximately $300M in revenue with over 2000 consultants and engineers. This role will lead Finance for the region, with primary responsibility for:
Accounting and Controls: monthly/quarterly/annual accounting processes, regional audit processes, tax compliance and management
FP&A: Forecasting processes and management reporting
Business Operations Partnership: Commercial support, contract reviews, project analysis
Manage and develop finance teams as a high functioning integrated regional team
Following the recent acquisition of Kin +Carta, we are operating as 2 distinct divisions. The focus will be on transforming the 2 finance teams and processes into a single team and with improved financial processes. .
There is significant potential to provide business insights and strategies by improving operational and financial reporting accuracy. Collaboration across the organization will help build processes benefiting regional operations and global impact.
The role requires excellent financial and accounting skills, change management experience, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Reporting to the CFO of Americas, this position is part of the global finance function and is based in Chicago or Dallas, requiring 1-2 days in the office per week, with some travel for projects or key meetings.

Qualifications We want all hires to succeed in their roles at Kin + Carta. That's why we've outlined the job requirements below.
Demonstrated success as a divisional VP or finance director within a Global IT and/or IT consulting organization is required
Proficiency in management reporting, particularly in areas of EBITDA and cash flow analysis
Expertise in budgeting and forecasting
Proven ability in Planning & Analysis (P&A), coupled with comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations
Possess a solid technical background and hands-on experience in accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Track record of effectively managing globally distributed teams, with experience spanning across the United States and Latin America
Experience collaborating with and delivering presentations to Executive Leadership Teams
Desirable experience includes successful management/integration of acquisitions
