Software programmer provides support for the 3DQI research platform for various medical imaging quantification research projects including on-going radiomics and AI programming.
Develops and implements software on the 3DQI platform:
o Implements software of AI method for Neurofibromatosis quantification
§ Collects and arranges data for training
§ Programs the training and testing of AI algorithm
§ Tests/Debugs developed software
o Implements software for Radiomics for Neurofibromatosis and other tumor quantification
§ Arranges collected data
§ Programs additional radiomics methods
§ Tests/Debugs/Compares developed methods
Supports and debugs 3DQI platform
o Supports approved 3DQI academic users at MGH and external collaborators
o Maintains regular software builds and tracks and debugs issues
Software Development – C++, Python, HTML, Java, Java script and R
Medical Imaging Content – Medica
Required: 2 years of software engineer/or equivalent programming experience, 1 year of experience of medical imaging programming and radiomics programing
Required: Bachelor's Degree, Preferred: Computer Science and mathematics
Preferred: knowledge of AI programming
l imaging and radiomics knowledge for programming and testing.
