We're looking for a Director of Product Management for Gainbridge who’ll work with a tight-knit team of product managers, design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to grow the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business. Build the D2C platform strategy and roadmap for various products/services in the life & annuity space by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership team. This involves the full product life-cycle from ideation to development to launch. Your success would drive our D2C products & services and ensure consumers get next-gen financial services experiences. This role will report to the VP of Product Management.
What You’ll Do Own and lead the Gainbridge D2C platform strategy, product roadmap, and feature prioritization for life and annuities products/services considering Gainbridge’s core platform readiness, existing platform capabilities, resource availability, and customer demand.
Develop and lead strategies, experiments, and execution across acquisition, activation, and engagement. Your mantra is to bring users to experience core product value quickly and deliver measurable results.
Define and evangelize the product roadmaps, aligning on the outcomes in tandem with other product leaders in the Gainbridge org - thereby enabling our teams to define and execute the output, tasks, features, and products that consistently deliver value to our customers.
Think big, and out of the box Develop, and drive growth experiments that have a significant impact on how trial users discover, activate, and engage with our products.
Manage and expand the team of experienced product managers. Mentor, motivate, and support to drive success.
Responsible for shipping all D2C product capabilities on the roadmap and its success metrics. Your success will be measured against quarterly and annual growth metrics established by the company.
Establish, implement, and monitor best practices and rigor in our Product
Development Lifecycle (PDLC) that optimizes for impact on our business, velocity, and throughput.
Deliver consistent, reliable, and impactful output from Product Managers under your leadership with candid but constructive feedback and growth opportunities that are measurable, elevating the bar of Product Management and supporting the next stage of growth at Gainbridge.
Own the stakeholder communication for risk mitigation, issue resolution, and
escalations.

What We Are Looking For 10+ Years of experience in Product Management, with 3+ years experience in people management
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
A strong background in product management and/or strategy related to building direct-to-consumer products and driving growth.
Prior product leadership experience with one or more successful cross-platform products.
Deep customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $225,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
