POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Reports To: VP Marketing
Location: Houston, TX
Travel: Less than 15%

SUMMARY
The responsibilities of this individual are as follows:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.
Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and website optimization to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Stay informed about developments in the target industry markets and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Organize and support relevant trade show activities.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in marketing roles within the automotive industry, with an understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
